metaphysical groups and then got into Body Electronics, which
brought her more into the body-mind connection. While teaching

have problems with their self-esteem and helping to get to the
core of that is vital for healing all kinds of problems. She
discovered Louise Hay's work and then Debbie Shapiro's and incorporated
that into her reflexology so that people could access their problems
through getting in touch with their body that speaks their mind.
When Margot saw how some simple process could greatly enhance
people's lives, she wanted to share it with many more people
than she could reach in her classes. Thus, the idea for Anessa's Gift was born. |
